What you are buying
You buy one digital bouquet: a web page with flowers, a message and whatever you add to it. Nothing physical is involved.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. VAT is included.
Delivered at once
As soon as you pay, your bouquet is ready and you get the link. Delivery is then complete and the fourteen-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. You confirm this explicitly at checkout.
If something does not work as promised, tell us. We will fix it or refund you.
How long it stays up
We keep your bouquet online for at least a year, counted from the payment or the scheduled delivery date. After that it goes. Save the image if you want to keep it.
What is not allowed
No threats, no harassment, no photos of someone who did not agree to it, and nothing the law forbids. A bouquet that crosses that line comes down without a refund.
You remain responsible for what you send.
Outages
We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If an outage puts your bouquet out of reach for a long stretch, we extend the retention period or refund you.
Governing law
Belgian law applies to these terms.
